Actually that was a chocolate cake. The piano was because the Pontiff was confused and thought April, not Mall Diva, was the pianist on the show. Also, the fecal part was mischievously introduced by Brittney and Jenna Bush after their interesting evening. They switched cakes on the poor unsuspecting Pope.
Those guys! Brittney and Jenna should be made to eat that cake!
