Use lots of spices. That's what makes soylent green so good.
I'm actually a bit concerned about this. But she was willing to work for food and what she termed "the fun of it."

Maybe its just me, but pregnancy seems to have made Nurse Violent more psychotic than her usual scalpel-wielding self.
